Rebecca “Becca” Dobbins, has a story that twists and turns through 92+ countries and wide-ranging occupational and career fields. For the past ten years Becca has worked with numerous United Nations agencies and peace operations, as well as the Nobel Peace Prize organization Doctors Without Borders, helping individuals affected by both conflict and natural disasters as well as medical crises. Her work has spanned multiple continents including countries like Iraq, Sudan, South Sudan, Sierra Leone, Central African Republic, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, among others.

Following her humanitarian work, she shifted from her emergency preparedness, coordination and protection focus with large international organizations to a more direct people-centered approach helping others transition and find their passion and direction in life. As a Certified Master Professional Coach, she jumped back into the entrepreneurial world with her second venture. Prior to her coaching business, Becca also previously opened and owned a brick-and-mortar wellness center in Switzerland.

Becca is a strong believer in the concept of life design and onward movement. Prior to finding her passion for the humanitarian world, she tried her hand at event planning in New York City, ski instructing in Colorado, and nomadic traveling and volunteering primarily in Africa, allowing her to discover nearly 100 cultures and countries. She believes that all of these experiences were serving as “coaches” catapulting her to the next place she needed to go. If she didn’t keep moving, she would have never found her dream life; each experience a stepping stone to the next.

Becca participated in the Network of Humanitarian Action (NOHA) and holds a Master’s in International Humanitarian Action, as well as a bachelors from the University of Florida. She speak English and Italian and dabbles in French. From time to time, Becca holds speaking engagements at universities, high schools and community centers helping to motivate and inspire people with her grit and unwavering love of life, to seek out their dreams too.
